摘要
利用响应面法对羊栖菜多糖的提取工艺进行优化.在单因素试验基础上,根据Box-Benhnken设计原理,在三因素三水平上,通过分析来确定各个提取工艺的最佳条件,得出羊栖菜多糖水浸提的最佳工艺条件为:浸提温度87.0℃,浸提时间2.60h,液料比32∶1,提取率为7.92%,与理论预测值7.91%较接近,表明采用响应面法优化羊栖菜多糖的提取工艺可行.
The extraction process of Sargassumfusiforme polysaccharide was optimized by response surface methodology.Basing on the single-factor experiment,according to the Box-Benhnken design principle,the three-factor and three-level response surface analysis method was used to determine the influencing factors of each extraction process.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction temperature was 87.0℃,the time of extraction was 2.60 h,the ratio of water to material was 32∶1,and the actual extraction rate of polysaccharide was 7.92%.The results showed that it was possible to reach good yields using response surface methodology.
