摘要
采用浮选方法对西南某高硫煤泥进行脱硫研究;采用单因素条件试验与正交试验,考查了煤浆浓度、抑制剂种类及用量、捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量等对浮选脱硫效果的影响;结果表明,经两次浮选,精煤硫分可降低至1.46%,脱硫率88.65%,试验效果较好。
The desulfurization study of a high-sulfur slime in southwest China is carried out by flotation method. By the single-factor condition tests and orthogonal tests, the concentration of slurry,the type and consumption of inhibitor,the consumption of collector and frother are examined for the flotation desulfurization. The experiment results show that the sulfur content of flotation concentrate can be 1. 46% while the sulfur content of raw coal is 5. 43%. The desulfurization rate is 88. 65% after roughing and cleaning.
