Diagnosis and Treatment of Tumor Associated Venous Thromboembolism

静脉血栓栓塞症包括深静脉血栓形成和肺血栓栓塞症,是同一疾病病程的不同阶段,是一种风险极高、潜在的致死因素,是严重影响广大人民身体健康的常见疾病,也是肿瘤患者的主要并发症。本文就肿瘤患者合并静脉血栓栓塞症的风险、临床评估、诊断、预防与治疗等要点加以讨论,希望对改善肿瘤患者预后有所裨益。

Venous thromboembolism includes deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism,which are different stages of the same disease.It is a kind of high risk,potentially lethal factor,one of the common diseases seriously affecting people's health,and one of the main complications for cancer patients.In this mini-review,we discussed the risk factors,clinical assessments,diagnoses,preventions and treatments for cancer patients with venous thromboembolism,hoping to be helpful for the prognoses of cancer patients.
