汇率制度改革背景下的江苏外贸转型升级分析

Transformation and Upgrading of Foreign Trade in Jiangsu Province under the Reform of RMB Exchange Rate Regime

人民币汇率制度改革启动以来,江苏省贸易顺差大幅攀升,贸易方式和主体结构更加优化,内资尤其民营企业的竞争力大幅提升。针对典型行业的分析表明:与传统理论预测的资本密集产业替代劳动密集产业不同,江苏的纺织服装、机械设备两大外贸支柱行业的相对竞争力未发生根本逆转;转型升级更多地表现为行业内部的调整优化。另一方面,从全国角度来看,两大行业均面临着比较优势逐步丧失的问题,迫切需要培育新的竞争优势。

Since the reform of RMB exchange rate regime,Jiangsu's foreign trade has undergone profound structural adjustment and upgrading.The trade surplus has increased significantly,the process trade declines and the domestic especially private enterprises are becoming more competitive.Two typical industries are analyzed.However,inconsistent with traditional theoretical predictions,there is no clear sign of capital-intensive industries replacing labor-intensive industries.Instead,the upgrading occurs mainly inside each industry.On the other hand,Jiangsu is gradually losing comparative advantages relative to other regions nationwide,and therefore need to cultivate new competitive advantages.
