伴随着经济全球化的快速发展,世界上各个国家的联系日益密切。我国也在不断扩大贸易服务,但是我国还是以货物贸易为主。针对这一现象,我们应该重视劳务输出在服务贸易中的地位。首先我国是一个人口大国,在劳务输出方面有着先天的优势,而河南省作为我国少有的过亿人口的省份更应该积极把人口优势转化为经济优势。但是河南省劳务输出在国际市场上毫无竞争力,劳动力素质偏低,因此,河南省作为一个农业大省要充分利用好自身的优势,大力扶持和加强输出服务贸易建设,以使得本省的人口得到充分的转移和利用。
