旅游消费行为对旅行社在线服务模式创新的导引研究——以石家庄为例

摘要 近年来随着移动互联网的快速发展,旅游消费者对互联网使用粘性加强,促使旅行社服务商线上线下高效融合。旅游消费便利性、多样性、个性化需求推动着旅行社服务模式的创新,对旅行社服务方式的转变起着积极的导向作用。本文立足于石家庄在线旅游服务现状及在线消费行为取向,据此探寻在需求导向下旅行社服务模式的创新路径,以完善旅游企业经营环境,提高旅游产品服务质量,提升旅行社服务商的服务品质。 In recent years,with the rapid development of the mobile Internet,tourism consumers have become more sticky to the use of the Internet,prompting travel agent service providers to effectively integrate online and offline.The conveniences,diversity,and individual needs of tourism consumption promote the innovation of service modes of travel agencies and play a positive guiding role in the transformation of service modes of travel agencies.Based on the current status of Shijiazhuang online travel services and the orientation of online consumer behaviors,this paper explores the innovative path of travel agency service models based on demand-oriented,to improve the tourism business environment,improve the quality of tourism product services,and enhance the service quality of travel agency service providers.
