摘要
文章以青海民族大学2015—2018届会计专业学生为调查对象,以满足青海省一带一路倡议实施对人才的需求为落脚点,采用访谈和问卷对人才供需矛盾及培养途径和方法进行调查,探讨互联网背景下创新型能力培养途径和方法。提出分阶段培养,促进教学,提高质量,实现"精于理财、善于管理和决策"的人才培养目的。
The article takes the 2015-2018 accounting professional students of Qinghai University for Nationalities as the survey object to meet the needs of talents in the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative of Qinghai Province.It uses interviews and questionnaires to investigate the contradiction between supply and demand of talents and the training methods and methods.Explore ways and methods of innovative ability development in the context of the Internet.It proposes training in phases,promotes teaching,improves quality,and achieves the purpose of personnel training surveys that focus on wealth management,good management,and decision-making.
