大学生科技竞赛是培养高校学生实践创新能力的重要环节,如何建立有效的科技竞赛机制,保证科技竞赛活动的可持续开展,是高校面临的重要任务。为了培养大学生的科技创新能力,提高参与科技竞赛的兴趣,文章以所在学院为载体,系统地研究了基于科技竞赛的人才培养模式以及开展的各项措施,并分析了实施效果。

The science and technology competition for college students is an important part of cultivating students’practical innovation ability.How to establish an effective science and technology competition mechanism and guarantee the sustainable development of science and technology competition activities are the important tasks facing colleges and universities.In order to cultivate college students’scientific and technological innovation capabilities and increase their interest in participating in science and technology contests,this article systematically studies the talent training mode of science and technology students as well as the measures to be carried out,and analyzes the implementation results.
