高校实验室管理工作的创新模式初探

A probe into the innovative mode of laboratory management in colleges and universities

作为科学研究的重要场所,高校实验室肩负着培养高科技人才的使命。虽然经过改革,我国高校实验室管理工作有一些改进,但仍存在着一些缺陷。文章简要明确了高校实验室创新原则,探究了当前实验室管理现状及存在的缺陷,并从管理理念、奖惩机制等角度为高校实验室创新管理提供了几个较为清晰的工作思路。

As an important place of scientific research,university laboratories shoulder the mission of cultivating high-tech talents.Although there are some improvements in laboratory management in colleges and universities,there are still some defects.This paper briefly clarifies the principles of laboratory innovation in colleges and universities,and then probes into the present situation and defects of laboratory management,and provides several clear working ideas for laboratory innovation management in colleges and universities from the perspectives of management concept,rewards and punishment mechanism and so on.
