如今,我国已经步入了信息化的时代,每一秒钟都有成千上亿的数据,在网络上进行传输。在我国的高校教育方面,信息化的应用也非常广泛,尤其是在图书馆中,以往的书本时代已经过去了,现在都是建立数字化的图书馆,因为信息化的电子资源更加的便捷和快速,同时利于图书管理。以往的传统纸质书本,已经不再拥有巨大的优势,因此,文章主要从数字图书馆的特点以及数字图书馆信息资源建设的原则和措施展开系列分析。

Nowadays,our country has entered the age of informatization,and there are hundreds of millions of data every second,which is transmitted over the network.In education in colleges and universities of our country,the application of information technology is also very extensive,especially in the library,in the past era of books has passed,now is to build a digital library,information electronic resources because more convenient and fast,good books management at the same time.Previous traditional paper books,have a huge advantage,therefore this article mainly from the characteristics of digital library and digital library information resource construction principle and measures a series of analysis.
