Informationization construction and practice of scientific research institutes in the new period

作为我国重要创新体系的核心组成部分,科学院所应结合自身优势,根据相关要求与规定,加强信息化建设力度,不断提升信息化水平。基于此,文章从科研院所信息化建设现状出发,对制约科研院所信息化建设的原因进行了分析,并在此基础上,结合新时期发展需求,提出几点优化建议,以期促进新时期科研院所信息化建设优化发展,实现科研院所信息化水平的高效提升。

As the core component of Chinese important innovation system,the scientific research institutes should combine its own advantages and strengthen the construction of informatization according to relevant requirements and regulations,and continuously improve the level of informatization.Based on this,the article starts from the status quo of the informatization construction of scientific research institutes and analyzes the reasons for restricting the informatization construction of scientific research institutes.Based on this,combined with the development needs of the new period,several suggestions for optimization are proposed in order to promote the new era.Scientific research institutes will optimize the development of informatization and achieve an efficient increase in the informatization level of scientific research institutes.
