探讨护理干预对高血压患者生活质量的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with hypertension

目的探析护理干预对高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院于2015年6月至2017年6月收治的320例高血压患者,将其按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组160例患者采用常规护理,观察组160例在对照组基础上实施护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的合理膳食、坚持锻炼、遵医用药、定期检查等行为占有率均高于对照组,观察组护理后的躯体、心理、社会、物质等功能评分均高于对照组,观察组护理后的平均收缩压、平均舒张压水平均优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予高血压患者实施护理干预的效果显著,可以改善患者的不良行为,提升生活质量,有效控制血压水平,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 320 patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group using a random number table,with 160 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and those in the observation group were given nursing intervention in addition to routine nursing in the control group.The outcome of nursing was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a significantly higher proportion of patients with a proper diet,adherence to exercise,medication according to the doctor's advice,and regular examination.The observation group had significantly higher physical,psychological,social,and daily-life function scores and significantly better mean systolic pressure and mean diastolic pressure compared with the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with hypertension can significantly regulate their unhealthy behaviors,improve quality of life,and effectively control blood pressure.Therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.
