铜源对CuZnAl催化CO加氢反应性能的影响

摘要 为考察CuCl2、Cu(NO3)2及其复合铜源对CuZnAl催化剂的催化性能及表面特征的影响,采用完全液相法制备CuZnAl催化剂,在500 mL浆态床中进行CO加氢反应,并用XRD、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD-MS表征催化剂表面性质。在250℃、4 MPa、n(H2)颐n(CO)=2颐1和空速360 mL/(h·g)的反应条件下,n(CuCl2)颐n[Cu(NO3)2]=0.1颐9.9为铜源的CuZnAl催化剂的反应产物中,甲醇选择性相对稳定,达93%,CO转化率达到14%。研究表明,铜源可改变CuZnAl催化剂表面活性组分物相状态和表面酸碱性质,进而影响产物分布。 The catalytic performance and surface characteristics of CuZnAl catalysts influenced by copper chloride,copper nitrate and its composite were investigated.The catalysts were prepared by complete liquid-phase method,and CO hydrogenation was carried out in 500 mL slurry reactor.The surface properties of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,H2-TPR,and NH3-TPD.At 250℃,4 MPa,n(H2):n(CO)=2:1 and air speed of 360 mL/(h.g),the methanol selectivity on the n(CuCl2):[Cu(NO3)2[=0.1:9.9 CuZnAl catalyst was 93%,CO conversion was 14%.The study demonstrated that copper sources could change the existing state of the active components and surface acid-base properties on the CuZnAl catalysts,thus influencing the product distribution.
