摘要
根据中煤鄂尔多斯发展规划,将二期100万t/a合成氨、175万t/a尿素项目变更为合成气制100万t/a甲醇项目,为此进行了甲醇合成工艺的比选。介绍了戴维甲醇合成技术、鲁奇甲醇合成技术、托普索甲醇合成技术和卡萨利低压甲醇合成技术等几种专利技术的工艺特点,并从能耗、催化剂寿命与替代性、设备制造与运输、运行成本、投资、运行业绩等方面,对比了戴维技术、鲁奇技术、托普索技术。结合调研结果,建议合成气制100万t/a甲醇技改项目选择鲁奇低压甲醇合成工艺技术。
The comparison and selection of the methanol synthesis process was carried out according to the development planning of China Coal Ordos Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.that changed the Phase II 1 million t/a ammonia and 1.75 million t/a urea project into 1 million t/a methanol production from syngas project.The technical features of Davy methanol synthesis technology,Lurgi methanol synthesis technology,Topsoe methanol synthesis technology and Casale low pressure methanol synthesis technology were introduced.And Davy technology,Lurgi technology and Topsoe technology were compared from the perspectives of energy consumption,catalyst life and substitutability,equipment manufacturing and transportation,operating costs,investment amount,and operating performance,etc.Combined with the investigation results,it was suggested to select Lurgi low pressure methanol synthesis technology.
