影响BGL气化炉运行的设备问题分析与技改

Analysis and Technical Renovation of Equipment Problems Influencing the Operation of BGL Gasifier

针对中煤鄂尔多斯能源化工有限公司BGL气化炉运行中搅拌器、渣池、下渣口等部件冷却水频繁泄漏等问题,从各部件的功能、所处的工艺环境等方面,分析了造成冷却水泄漏的原因,通过改进密封结构、焊接工艺方法以及改造管路走向等措施,有效解决上述部件泄漏对装置的影响,实现了气化炉长周期稳定运行。

In order to solve the frequent leaking problems of some components of the BGL gasifier during the operation,such as the blender,slag bath and slag tap,the reasons causing cooling water leakage were analyzed from such aspects as functions of each component and process environment.By improving the sealing structure,the welding process and changing the pipeline route,etc.,the impact of leaking was eliminated and the long-term stable operation of gasifier was realized.
