摘要 鄂能化公司热动车间2^#锅炉送风管式空预器积灰堵塞,造成锅炉风烟系统阻力大,空气预热器换热效果差,锅炉排烟温度高,难以长周期满负荷运行。通过对空预器上部脱硝催化剂模块重新选型并更换,对热风再循环管位置及尺寸进行改造,使脱硝催化剂积灰减少,效率提高,进入空预器管厢烟气流场均匀、积灰减少,使脱硝氨逃逸量减少,空预器末端风温提高,减缓了空预器末端黏性物质的生成,解决了空预器长期积灰堵塞问题,保证了锅炉安全稳定运行。 In the thermal power workshop of China Coal Ordos Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the secondary air(air supply)tubular air preheater of No.2 boiler was blocked by ash accumulation,which caused great resistance to the air-flue system of the boiler,poor heat exchange effect of the air preheater,high exhaust temperature of the boiler,and difficult to operate at full load for a long period of time.By re-selecting and replacing the denitration catalyst module at the upper part of the air preheater,the position and size of the hot air recirculation pipe were modified to reduce the ash accumulation of denitration catalyst and improve the efficiency.The flue gas entering the air preheater tube had smooth flow,and the accumulated ash was decreased.As a result,the denitration ammonia escape was reduced,and the air temperature at the end of the air preheater was increased.The generation of viscous substances at the end of the air preheater was slowed down,the problem of long-term ash accumulation and blockage of the air preheater was solved,and the safe and stable operation of the boiler was ensured.
