摘要 介绍了中煤鄂尔多斯年产200万t合成氨、350万t尿素项目全厂水系统的基本情况及关键装置工艺控制指标。梳理了2014年—2017年水系统运行中出现的主要问题及解决措施,总结了水系统运行管理中的控制要点,并对水系统改造后的运行费用进行了分析。通过不断技改,优化工艺设计,提升运行管理水平,实现了水系统废水零排放,为煤化工行业的绿色可持续发展探索出一条可行路径,产生良好的经济、社会和环境效益。 The basic situation of the water system of the whole plant of the 2 million tons of synthetic ammonia and 3.5 million tons urea project of China Coal large chemical fertilizer and the process control index of the key plant were introduced in the paper.And it reviewed the main problems and solutions in water system operation from 2014 to 2017,summarized the control points in water system operation and management,and analyzed the operating costs after water system renovation.Through continuous technical innovation,optimizing process design,improving the level of operation management,and taking the lead in realizing zero discharge of waste water in coal chemical industry,a feasible path was explored for the green and sustainable development of coal chemical industry,and good economic,social and environmental benefits were produced.
