摘要
某公司化产回收车间初冷器冷却效率下降,导致生产出现问题,分析其原因是初冷器冷凝液含油量低所致。针对初冷器冷凝液含油的现状,对下段冷凝液含油情况进行改造,利用现场工艺,从离心机后引出焦油管直接插入下段冷凝液槽中,通过提高冷凝液含油,来降低初冷器阻力。改造后,增加了下段冷凝液含油,降低初冷器阻力,提高了煤气的脱萘效率,保证了初冷器后的煤气指标。
In the chemical recovery workshop of one comp any,the cooling efficiency of the primary cooler was decreased,resulting in the production issue.The reason was due to low oil content of the primary cooler condensate.In view of this situation,renovation was made on the condensate at the lower section.By leveraging the site process,tar pipe was introduced after the centrifuge and directly inserted into the condensate tank at the lower section.The primary cooler resistance was reduced through increasing the oil content of condensate.After renovation,the oil content of condensate at the lower section was increased,and primary cooler resistance was reduced,thus improving the naphthalene removal efficiency and ensuring the quality of coal gas after the primary cooler.
