我国电子招标投标现状及存在问题的探讨

Discussion on E-Bidding Current Situation and Existing Problems in China

介绍了近年来国家发改委和有关部门发布的电子招标投标的相关办法、通知。评述了实行电子招标投标的优势:可方便公众获取信息、节约社会交易成本、有效防止违法行为发生、提高工作效率。结合当前我国电子招标投标进展及应用现状,分析了全流程电子招标投标系统应用中存在的投标成本升高及平台之间互联互通不足的原因,并提出了应对措施。

Methods and notices related to E-bidding published by National Development and Reform Commission and authorities in recent years were introduced.The advantages of E-bidding were elaborated:facilitating the public to acquire information,saving social transaction cost,effectively preventing the illegal behavior,improving the work efficiency,etc.Combined with the current progress and application situation of E-bidding in China,the reasons were analyzed for the shortcomings of full-process E-bidding system application,such as increased bidding cost and insufficient connectivity among different platforms,with countermeasures proposed.
