本地传输管线系统防洪风险评估模型探究

摘要 严重的洪涝灾害对通信网络系统造成了极大的威胁,为了预防洪灾,尽可能将可预测的风险降至最低,试从网络运维的角度出发,利用水文遥测信息服务以及本地传输管线系统历史受灾情况等相关数据,参照风险评估原理,给出本地传输管线系统防洪风险评估建议模型。根据科学的数据,对管线系统涉及的水域范围进行风险等级划分,针对不同的风险等级给出差异化的调整建议。 Severe floods could cause a great threat to the communication network system,in order to prevent floods and minimize predictable risks as far as possible,starting from the angle of network operation,according to the risk assessment principle,flood risk assessment model of local transmission pipeline system is proposed by using the hydrology telemetry information service data and the historical flood database of the pipeline system.According to the scientific data,the risk range of the water area involved in the pipeline system is classified,and the different adjustment suggestions for different risk levels are proposed.
