延迟焦化含硫污水高效除油技术的工业应用 被引量:10

摘要 针对焦化装置放空塔含硫污水存在的油含量高、焦粉携带量大的问题,中国石化洛阳分公司延迟焦化装置与某大学科研机构合作开发了除油成套设备。该设备利用亲水亲油纤维组合强化油水破乳分离的技术,在线过滤焦粉和除油效果好、占地面积小、投资少等优点。设备投用后,放空塔含硫污水油质量浓度由4 500mg/L降至418mg/L,可为同类装置提供参考。 The high oil and coke powder content in sour water of coking device has a serious impact on downstream units.To solve this problem,a complete set of oil removal equipment was developed.The hydrophilic and oleophilic fiber composite was used to strengthen the separation of oil and water.It has advantages of high efficiency for filtering coke powder and oil removal on line,small floor area and less investment.By the equipment,the oil content in sewage from the blowdown system is reduced from 4 500 mg L to less than 418 mg L.
