摘要
氮、磷不足会对小麦的生长发育带来严重影响。寻找和鉴定小麦氮、磷胁迫的响应基因,对养分高效品种的选育具有重要意义。主要从miRNA(microRNA)、LBD(Lateral organ boundaries domain)、MAPK(Mitogen-activated protein kinase)等基因方面综述了小麦氮胁迫响应基因,从bHLH(Basic-helix-loop-helix)、CDPK(Calcium-dependent protein kinase)、MAPK等基因方面综述了磷胁迫响应基因,指出了当前研究中存在的问题,并对今后小麦氮、磷胁迫响应基因的研究进行了展望。
The deficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus will bring serious influence on the growth and development of wheat.It is of great significance to find and identify the response genes to nitrogen and phosphorus stresses in wheat for breeding high-nutrient varieties.In this paper,we summarized the response genes to nitrogen stress in wheat mainly from the aspects of miRNA(microRNA),LBD(Lateral organ boundaries domain),MAPK(Mitogen-activated protein kinase)and so on,and summarized the response genes to phosphorus stress in wheat mainly from the aspects of bHLH(Basic-helix-loop-helix),CDPK(Calcium-dependent protein kinase),MAPK and so on.In the end,the existing problems in the current research were pointed out,and the future research on the response genes to nitrogen and phosphorus stresses in wheat was prospected.
