气吸式排种器排种性能试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了进一步改进气吸式排种器的性能,找出影响排种性能的关键因素,根据GB6973-2005《单粒(精密)播种机试验方法》中排种性能指标的计算方法,利用排种器性能检测试验台,分别以输送带速度、气吸室真空度为试验参数,以玉米种子为试验对象进行了试验。分析实验结果表明:输送带转度、气吸室真空度对排种器的排种性能影响明显。当输送带速度为4 km/h时排种效果较好,合格率达到了92.41%。当气吸室真空度为-4 k Pa时排种效果较好,合格率达到93.65%。 To further improve the performance of air-suction seed metering device and find out the key factors that affect the metering performance,according to the calculation methods of the metering performance indexes by GB6973-2005 Single(Precision)Seeder Experimental Method and through the use of seed metering device performance test-bed,taking the conveyor belt speed and vacuum degree in suction chamber as experiment factors,an experiment was carried out with corn seed as the experimental object.The rusult of this experiment indicated that,the conveyor belt speed and vacuum degree in suction chamber have a significant fluence on performance of air-suction seed metering device.When the conveyor belt speed was 4 km/h,the seed-metering device had satisfactory and steady performance,the qualified rate was 92.41%;when the vacuum degree in suction chamber was-4 kPa,the seed-metering device had satisfactory and steady performance,the qualified rate was 93.65%.
