摘要
油田建设工程项目存在的风险种类多,具有很高的随机性和可变性。为了提高项目管理的风险识别能力,本文就风险管理理论和油田建设工程的风险识别特点入手,分析风险存在的原因,并提出了几种风险管理识别方法。
Oilfield construction projects have many types of risks,Has a high degree of randomness and variability.In order to improve project management’s risk identification capabilities,This article starts with the risk management theory and the risk identification features of oilfield construction projects.Analyze the reasons for the risk,And several risk management identification methods are proposed.
