摘要
本文主要阐述了油田基建工程现场管理的重点,施工前做好相应的准备,从材料管理、HSE管理等方面的措施进行探讨,施工竣工后对工程进行验收工作,对于油田基建工程现场施工管理有一定的提升作用。
