摘要
针对西川煤矿2507工作面开采路径中存在断层产生坚硬岩石的问题,依据深孔预裂爆破机理,通过计算获取可靠的爆破参数,在2507工作面爆破试验中取得了良好的爆破效果,表明了深孔预裂爆破技术是目前井下巷道掘进和工作面回采中过大规模坚硬岩体的重要解决方法之一,该方法可以使爆破后的岩石节理、裂隙增加,岩石强度降低,有利于采掘机的顺利推进,更加安全、高效和经济的穿过断层。
Based on hard rock caused by fault in 2507 working face mining of Xichuan Mine,according to the basic principle of deep hole presplitting blasting mechanism,reasonable blasting parameters were obtained by calculation,with good blasting results in the 2507 working face in blasting test,the result showed that the deep hole pre-splitting blasting technology was one of the important methods to solve the underground mining face in large scale through the hard rock.This method can increase the joint and fissure of rock after blasting,and reduce the strength of rock,which is beneficial to the smooth advance of mining machine,so that it passes through the fault more safely,efficiently and economically.
