摘要 针对杜儿坪煤矿72909综采工作面过背斜技术支护设计问题,采用FLAC3D Extrusion模块对工作面推进过程中的围岩塑性区变化规律、支架受力状况以及顶底板移近量进行数值模拟,通过fish语言建立巷道开挖模型,对比了两种过背斜回采方式的优缺点。研究表明:对于倾斜煤层过背斜时,采用控底留顶或者缓曲线方式进行回采,可以有效缓解矿压显现程度,确保矿井的安全生产。除此之外,还提出了工作面过背斜的辅助措施,上部煤壁采用化学材料固化,中部采用控底留顶,下部煤壁采用二次支护的方式,提高了工作面煤壁的强度,有效控制了冒顶与片帮现象。 In this paper,the FLAC3D Extrusion module was used to simulate the design of the 72909 fully mechanized mining face of the Du9 erping Mine.The variation of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock,the stress condition of the surrounding rock,and the distance between the roof and the floor were numerically simulated.The fish language established the roadway mining model and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the two overback-back mining methods.Finally,it was found that for inclined coal seams to be back-inclined,the use of bottom-retaining roof or slow-curve method for recovery mining could effectively relieve the occurrence of mine pressure and ensure the safe production of mines.In addition to this,ancillary measures for work surface crossing the anticline was proposed.The upper coal wall was solidified with chemical materials,the middle part under control and the top was retained,and the lower coal wall was under secondary support,which improved the face of the coal wall.The phenomenon of roof caving and rib spalling was effectively controlled.Key words:large
