摘要
为实现固庄煤矿井下防爆高压馈电开关失压延时保护,保证重要设备的安全运行,对永磁操作机构进行增加电容的改造,对弹簧机构进行增加继电器与电容的改造。实践表明,改造方案简单可行,通过开关改造,实现了开关失压延时保护,降低了因电网波动造成矿井失电进而引发事故的几率。
In order to achieve Guzhuang Mine explosion-proof pressure feeding switch loss protection,ensure the safety of the important equipment operation,increase capacity of permanent magnetic operating mechanism transformation,the spring mechanism was improved by adding relay and rebuilding capacitance.The practice showed that the transformation scheme was simple and feasible.Through the transformation of the switch,the protection of the voltage loss delay of the switch was realized,and the probability of mine power loss and accidents caused by the fluctuation of the power grid was reduced.
