摘要
针对目前我国煤矿瓦斯治理及多分支水平井技术应用现状,基于煤与瓦斯共采理念,介绍了地面多分支水平井与煤矿井下连通钻孔对接工艺,并结合韩城枣庄煤矿工作面实际情况,提出了工程实施方案,指出了目前在设计及施工过程中存在的问题。在煤矿瓦斯综合治理中,此项技术的实施有效防止采煤工作面在掘进和回采中的瓦斯突出和超限事故,实现工作面瓦斯提前预抽,为煤矿瓦斯治理及煤层气开发利用提供了新思路。
Based on the present coal mine gas control and multi-branch horizontal well technology application situation in China,according to the concept of coal and gas in mining,the drilling multi-branch horizontal wells and the coal mine ground connected docking technology was introduced,and combined with Hancheng Zaozhuang coal mining working face actual situation,the project implementation plan was put forward,and the problems in the process of design and construction were pointed out.In the coal mine gas comprehensive management,the implementation of the technology effectively prevented gas outburst in coal mining face in recovery mining,realizing the working face gas drainage in advance,providing reference for coal mine gas control and CBM development and utilization.
