Optimization and improvement of slime water system of Datun Coal Preparation Plant

大屯选煤厂对煤泥水系统各环节存在的问题进行了分析,采取了调整絮凝剂、控制浮选操作参数、改变尾煤压滤给料方式等措施,不断提升各环节、设备的处理能力,为洗选矿井过泥岩的原煤提供了宝贵的经验。

Based on problems in every link of the coal slime water system in Datun Coal Preparation Plant,measures of the adjustment of flocculant,control flotation operation parameters,changing the tail coal filter feeding way were adopted,improving the processing capacity of each link,e processing capacity of the equipment,providing reference for the washing of mudstone raw coal mine.
