摘要
采用由抗氧化剂1076+抗氧化剂565+抗氧化剂38复配的用于热塑性丁苯嵌段共聚物耐热稳定剂在SBS生产、存储、加工和制品使用过程中起到了优异的热氧老化保护作用。在160℃的高温热氧老化和80℃下的长效热氧老化中,对于热塑性丁苯嵌段共聚物的耐热氧老化稳定作用优于原使用抗氧化剂1076+抗氧化剂TNPP和抗氧化剂264+抗氧化剂TNPP的保护效果,同时具有理想的外观颜色和添加成本,且方便使用。
In the producing,storage,processing and service life of SBS block polymer,the compound of antioxidant 1076,antioxidant 565 and antioxidant 38 provides an excellent thermo-oxidative aging protection.Under 160℃and 80℃thermo-oxidative aging condition,comparing to former compound of antioxidant 1076 and TNPP and compound of antioxidant 264 and TNPP,compound of antioxidant 1076,565 and 38 provides a more outstanding thermo-oxidative aging stability and ideal appearance color,lower add-cost and easier to add for SBS.
