雷珠单抗联合曲安奈德对视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿的疗效

Efficacy of Rezumab Combined With Triamcinolone Acetonide for Macular Edema in Retinal Vein Occlusion

目的探讨雷珠单抗联合曲安奈德治疗视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿(RVO-ME)的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月—2017年12月我院60例RVO-ME患者,随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组、观察组分别采用单一曲安奈德、雷珠单抗联合曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射,比较两组的临床疗效、最佳矫正视力、黄斑水肿厚度。结果观察组的总有效率、最佳矫正视力均高于对照组(P<0.05),其黄斑水肿厚度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玻璃腔注射雷珠单抗联合曲安奈德可有效治疗RVO-ME。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of rezumab combined with triamcinolone acetonide for macular edema in retinal vein occlusion(RVO-ME).Methods 60 patients with RVO-ME in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,the control group and the observation group were treated with intravitreal injection of rezumab,rezumab and triamcinolone acetonide respectively.The clinical efficacy,best corrected visual acuity and macular edema thickness were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and best corrected visual acuity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the macular edema thickness of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravitreal injection of rezumab combined with triamcinolone acetonide is effective in the treatment of RVO-ME.
