过敏性疾病患儿食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体检测

Detection of Food Intolerance Specific IgG Antibody in Children With Allergic Diseases

目的分析食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体检测在儿童过敏性疾病中的应用意义。方法将2017年2月—2018年1月到我院就诊的260例福州地区过敏性疾病儿童纳入研究对象,均进行血清学14种食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体水平检测,并明确过敏性疾病儿童食物不耐受情况。结果 260例过敏性疾病患儿中,食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体检查阳性203例(78.08%),且在14种食物中以牛奶检测阳性率最高,占55.67%,其次为鸡蛋(41.87%)和大豆(24.63%)。此外,男患儿存在2种或以上食物不耐受特异性IgG阳性率较女性患儿高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童过敏性疾病的发生与食物不耐受有密切的关系,因此在儿童过敏性疾病中进行食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体检测,可为临床诊断和预防食物过敏提供重要的指导意义。

Objective To explore the application of specific IgG antibody detection in food intolerance in children with allergic diseases.Methods 260 children with allergic diseases in Fuzhou area from February 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.260 children were tested for serological 14 kinds of food intolerance specific IgG antibody,and the food intolerance of children with allergic diseases was determined.Results Among the 260 children with allergic diseases,203 cases(78.08%)were positive for food intolerance specific IgG antibody test,and the highest positive rate of milk was detected in 14 kinds of foods,accounting for 55.67%,followed by egg(41.87%)and soybean(24.63%).In addition,the positive rate of intolerance specific IgG in children with two or more food intolerances in male children was significantly higher than female children(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of allergic diseases in children was closely related to food intolerance.Therefore,the detection of food intolerance specific IgG antibody in children's allergic diseases can provide important guidance for the clinical diagnosis and prevention of food allergy.
