摘要 目的研究探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测指标在新生儿感染性疾病中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年9—11月收治的138例新生儿作为研究对象,根据病情随机分为A、B、C组,分别对应为细菌感染组、非细菌感染组、非感染组,每组各46例患儿。三组患儿纳入研究当日与治疗研究结束后均静脉抽血行血象检测,主要检测超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)数值,比对三组患儿纳入研究当日与治疗研究结束后血清hs-CRP浓度和阳性率并作统计学分析。结果数据显示治疗前:A组患儿hs-CRP指标检测浓度和阳性率均高于B组、C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组、C组数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后:A组、B组、C组血清hs-CRP浓度及阳性率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在新生儿感染性疾病诊断中,超敏C反应蛋白是非常关键的检验指标,能够精确有效的进行感染性疾病病因诊断,亦可作为检测治疗效果的评价指标。 Objective To investigate the value of high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)markers in neonatal infectious diseases.Methods 138 newborns treated in our hospital from September to November 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to the condition,they were randomly divided into A,B and C groups,corresponding to bacterial infection group,non bacterial infection group,non infection group,and 46 children in each group.The three groups of children were included in the blood test of venous blood transfusion on the day of the study and after the end of the treatment study.The values of the hypersensitivity C reaction protein(hs-CRP)were measured,and the serum hs-CRP concentration and the positive rate of children were compared and statistically analyzed on the day of the study and the end of the three groups.Results The data showed that before treatment,the detection concentration and positive rate of hs-CRP in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The difference between the data of group B and C was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in serum hs-CRP concentration and positive rate among group A,group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of neonatal infectious diseases,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein is a very critical test indicator.It can accurately and effectively diagnose the etiology of infectious diseases,and can also be used as an evaluation indicator for the detection of therapeutic effects.
