血清学指标检验在脂肪肝患者临床诊断中的应用价值

Study on the Value of Serological Indexes in Diagnosis of Fatty Liver

目的分析血清学指标检验在脂肪肝临床诊断中的价值。方法收集2017年1月—2018年2月来我院进行体检者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,在诊断为脂肪肝患者中随机选择46例,纳入观察组,在体检过程中未检出重大疾病者中随机选择50例,纳入对照组,对比两组血清学指标。结果观察组与对照组Hb Alc、FPG、AST、GGT、ALT、AMY、HCY、HDL、LDH、TC、UA、GLU、CRP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清学指标检验在脂肪肝患者临床诊断中有较高的价值。

Objective To analyze the value of serological index test in the diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods The clinical data of people admitted to our hospital for health check from January 2017 to February 2018 were collected,46 cases of fatty liver were selected as observation group,50 cases of health people were included in the control group,and the serological indexes were compared.Results There was significant difference in levels of HbAlc,FPG,AST,GGT,ALT,AMY,HCY,HDL,LDH,TC,UA,GLU,CRP between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The test of serological index has high value in the diagnosis of fatty liver.
