超声测定胃排空功能指导肠内营养的价值

Ultrasonographic Determination of Gastric Emptying to Guide Enteral Nutrition

目的探讨超声测定胃排空功能指导ICU危重症患者肠内营养的效果。方法选择我院2016年3月—2017年8月需行肠内营养支持的ICU危重症患者90例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各45例,对照组采用传统回抽胃液法测定胃排空情况制定肠内营养方案,观察组采用超声测定胃排空与胃动力情况制定肠内营养方案,对两组患者营养状态、并发症发生率进行观察。结果两组患者进行肠内营养前的营养指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组肠内营养后14 d的营养状态均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肠内营养相关并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声测定胃排空功能为ICU危重症患者制定肠内营养方案安全可行。

Objective To explore the effect of ultrasonographic measurement of gastric emptying to guide the enteral nutrition of ICU critically ill patients.Methods 90 cases of ICU critically ill patients with enteral nutrition support were selected from March 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital,they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random digital table with 45 cases in each group.In the control group,the gastric emptying was measured by the traditional gastric lavage method and the enteral nutrition program was established.The observation group used ultrasonography to determine the gastric emptying and gastric motility conditions and formulate the enteral nutrition program.The nutritional status and the incidence of complications were observed in both groups.Results There were no significant difference in nutritional status before enteral nutrition between the two groups(P>0.05).Nutritional status on 14 d after enteral nutrition in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Intestinal nutrition-related complications were observed in the observation group.The incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound determination of gastric emptying function for ICU critically ill patients to develop enteral nutrition program is safe and feasible.
