手术室风险管理对手术室感染控制的影响

The Influence of Operation Room Risk Management on Infection Control in Operation Room

目的探讨手术室风险管理对控制手术室感染的影响。方法我院手术室于2017年2月—2018年2月实施风险管理,以期有效控制手术室感染的风险。比较管理前后手术室感染控制的效果、手术室护士手卫生的依从性。结果管理后手术间物表、空气、消毒液等检测合格率均优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后手术间的无菌物品管理评分、消毒隔离评分均优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后手术室护士的各项手卫生的依从性优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室风险管理能够有效提高手术室的感染控制效果,从而降低医院感染的发生率。

Objective To explore the influence of operation room risk management on infection control in operation room.Methods The risk management was carried out to reduce the infection in the operation room from February 2017 to February 2018 to control the risk of operation infection.The effect of infection control in the operating room before and after management,and the compliance of hand hygiene in the operating room nurses was compared.Results After management,the qualified rate of surface,air,and disinfectant of the operating room were higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the management,the items management score,disinfection and isolation score of operation room were all higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of nurses hand hygiene was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Operation room risk management can improve the infection control effect of operation room and reduce the risk of infection.
