摘要
目的讨论手术室心理护理干预对肝癌手术患者焦虑情绪及术后疼痛程度的影响。方法选择于我院预行肝癌手术治疗的72例患者,随机分成两组:对照组(36例,手术室常规护理)和观察组(36例,手术室心理干预)。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价两组患者手术前后焦虑情绪,比较两组患者疼痛程度。结果手术后,观察组SAS得分低于手术前,且低于对照组,患者术后疼痛分级情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室心理干预能有效纾解肝癌患者术后焦虑情绪,改善患者痛疼情况,在肝癌手术过程中具有应用价值。
Objective To discuss the effect of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and postoperative pain in patients with liver cancer.Methods 72 cases of liver cancer operated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)was used to evaluate the anxiety of two groups of patients before and after operation,and the pain degree of the two groups was compared.Results After the operation,the score of SAS in the observation group was significantly lower than that before the operation,and it was lower than the control group,the pain classification was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention in operation room can effectively relieve postoperative anxiety and improve pain in patients with liver cancer.
