标准化护理在消化内镜室护理质量管理中的应用

Application of Standardized Nursing in Quality Management of Digestive Endoscopy Room

目的对标准化护理在消化内镜室护理质量管理中的应用效果进行分析。方法将2017年3月—2018年3月我院内镜室收治的90例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组45例患者实施常规护理措施,观察组45例患者实施标准化护理措施,经护理后对两组患者护理满意度进行分析。结果观察组患者护理满意度为100.0%,对照组患者护理满意度为77.8%,观察组患者护理满意度比对照组患者护理满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜室护理质量管理中采取标准化护理后有效的提高了患者的护理满意度,提高了患者的就医体验。

Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized nursing in the quality management of endoscopic care.Methods 90 patients admitted to the endoscopy department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The treatment time was from March 2017 to March 2018.45 patients in the control group underwent routine nursing care and 45 patients in the observation group underwent standardized nursing measures,the satisfaction of the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results In the observation group,the satisfaction rate of the patients was 100.0%,and that of the control group was 77.8%.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of standardized nursing in the quality management of endoscopic nursing care can effectively improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing and improve the patient's medical experience.
