定期随访对糖尿病患者自觉体检和空腹血糖的效果影响

Effect of Regular Follow-up on Physical Examination and Fasting Blood Glucose in Diabetic Patients

目的观察定期随访对糖尿病患者自觉体检和空腹血糖的效果影响。方法回顾性分析本院自2016年10月—2017年10月收治的糖尿病患者106例,采用随机信封法将其分为对照组(n=53)和观察组(n=53),对照组只于住院期间实施常规护理,观察组患者于住院期间实施常规护理联合出院后定期随访护理,分析两组患者自觉体检率、血糖水理、自我管理能力、生活质量。结果自觉体检率对比显示实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血糖水平对比显示实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我管理能力、生活质量对比显示实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病患者定期随访护理,对提高患者自觉体检率具有重要作用,同时既可改善患者血糖水平,又可提高自我管理能力及其生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of regular follow-up on physical examination and fasting blood glucose in diabetic patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 106 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017,they were randomized divided into the control group(n=53)and observation group(n=53).The group only performed routine nursing during the hospitalization period.The observation group patients underwent routine care during the hospital stay and were regularly followed up after discharge.The patients'conscious examination rate,blood glucose management,self-management ability,and quality of life were analyzed.Results The conscious physical examination in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the blood glucose level in experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05);self-management ability and quality of life in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Regular follow-up care for diabetic patients plays an important role in improving the patient's conscious examination rate.At the same time,it can not only improve the blood glucose level,but also improve self-management ability and quality of life.
