慢性心力衰竭患者行6分钟步行试验的综合护理干预

Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with the 6-minute walk test in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探索分析针对慢性心力衰竭患者行6分钟步行试验进行综合护理干预方法及其效果。方法将我院2017年1月-10月期间收治的NYHA心功能Ⅱ-Ⅳ级且病情稳定的慢性心力衰竭患者80例作为研究对象并随机分组,对照组40例均在常规护理基础上进行6分钟步行试验,研究组40例均在综合护理干预基础上进行6分钟步行试验。将两组临床效果进行对比。结果本研究80例患者均顺利完成6MWT试验,在试验过程中以及试验结束后均未出现特殊不适。研究组NYHA心功能分级和6MWT结果相符比例高达90.00%,显著性超过对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论在综合护理干预条件下针对慢性心力衰竭患者实施6分钟步行试验,有助于更好地评估患者心功能,对于后期实施针对性治疗干预具有重要价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with the 6-minute walk test in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 80 patients with NYHA class II/IV CHF in a stable condition,who were admitted to our hospital from January to October,2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given the 6-minute walk test in addition to routine nursing,and those in the study group were given the 6-minute walk test in addition to comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical outcome was compared between the two groups.Results All 80 patients successfully completed the 6-minute walk test,and no patient experienced discomforts during and after the test.Compared with the control group,the study group had a significantly higher rate of consistency between NYHA class and 6-minute walk test results(90.00%vs 70.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with CHF,the 6-minute walk test in addition to comprehensive nursing intervention can better evaluate cardiac function and has an important value for targeted therapeutic intervention.Therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.
