泼尼松片对稳定期系统性红斑狼疮并发动脉粥样硬化的协同抗粥样硬化作用的疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察泼尼松片联合抗动脉粥样硬化治疗对稳定期系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)并发动脉粥样硬化的协同治疗效果的观察。方法将2015年6月至2017年12月期间在武汉大学附属医院中南医院门诊或住院部确诊的52例SLE并发动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(26例),对照组仅采用抗动脉粥样硬化治疗(拜阿司匹林片、阿托伐他汀钙片),治疗组在其基础上增加泼尼松片治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率比对照组高,两组有显著差异性(P<0.05),治疗组效果明显优于对照组。结论对稳定期SLE并发动脉粥样硬化患者而言,泼尼松片有着良好协同抗粥样硬化的作用,值得临床推广。
