临床护理路径在冠心病介入治疗护理中的应用

Clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing for interventional treatment of coronary heart disease

目的研究分析临床护理路径在冠心病介入治疗护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的50例冠心病介入治疗患者为研究对象。对照组给予常规护理,实验组护理方式为临床护理路径。结果实验组与对照组患者的住院天数分别为(8.12±2.12)天与(10.87±3.22)天,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组住院费用为(4.92±1.12)万元,对照组住院费用为(5.32±1.56)万元,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中心率失常发生率为28.0%,发生例数为7例,实验组心率失常发生率仅为8.0%,发生例数为2例,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组中,11例患者十分满意,所占比例为44.0%,2例患者不满意,所占比例为4.0%。实验组护理满意度为92.0%,对照组护理满意度为76.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在冠心病介入治疗护理中的临床应用效果较为理想,可帮助患者尽快恢复健康,降低心率失常发生率,建立和谐医患关系,具有临床推广的意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing for interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 50 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital and underwent interventional treatment were enrolled and divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and those in the experimental group were given the nursing via the clinical nursing pathway.Results There were significant differencesbetween the experimental group and the control group in the length of hospital stay(8.12±2.12 vs 10.87±3.22 d,P<0.05)and hospital costs(49200±11200 vs 53200±15600 yuan,P<0.05).Seven patients in the control group and two in the experimental group experienced arrhythmia,and there was a significant difference in the incidence rate of arrhythmia between these two groups(28.0%vs 8.0%,P<0.05).Of all patients in the experimental group,11(44.0%)were very satisfied,while of all patients in the control group,2(4.0%)were unsatisfied.There was a significant difference in the degree of satisfaction with nursing between the experimental group and the control group(92.0%vs 76.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway has a satisfactory clinical effect in the nursing for interventional treatment of coronary heart disease and can help patients to recover as soon as possible.It can also reduce the incidence rate of arrhythmia and help to establish a good doctor-patient relationship,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.
