安徽推进“三重一创”建设的现状、问题及对策建议

Current Status, Problems and Countermeasures to Promote the Construction of "Three Reinvent and One creation" in Anhui Province

安徽统筹推进一批重大新兴产业基地、工程和专项建设,着力构建创新型现代产业体系(简称"三重一创"),旨在通过"三重一创"建设,促进产业结构优化调整和转型升级,引领战略性新兴产业集聚发展,培育发展新动能。本文对安徽省推进"三重一创"建设现状与问题等方面进行分析,并针对问题提出了相关建议,为落实党的十九大报告提出"构建现代化经济体系"这一精神、振兴地方实体经济提供有价值的参考。

Anhui is promoting the overall development of a number of major emerging industrial base,engineering and special construction,strive to build innovative modern industrial system(referred to as the"three reinvent and one creation").By these activities,Anhui province tries to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure adjustment and transformation,lead the strategic emerging industry cluster development,foster the development of new energy.The thesis analyzes the problems in these activities in Anhui province,puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems for the implementation of the spirit--"construction of the modern economic system"--presented in the report released by 19th communist party meeting,provide valuable reference to revitalize the local economy.
