产业升级对城乡收入差距影响的实证分析——以甘肃省为例

Influence of Industrial Upgrading on the Urban-Rural Income Gap:Take Gansu Province as an Example

文章采用了甘肃省1990—2016年时间序列相关数据,通过ADF检验、协整检验和误差修正模型估计方法分析甘肃省产业结构与城乡收入差距的动态关系。结果表明:甘肃省产业结构变迁对缩小城乡收入差距影响效果较为明显,且省内产业结构升级程度对缩小城乡收入差距的正向影响胜于对就业结构的影响。只要就业结构不发生偏离,产业结构趋向高级化、服务化发展,省内城乡收入差距会逐步缩小。优化产业结构,引进先进技术和人才,加大教育和公共产品的投入,发展工业,带动二三产业协调发展,不失为缩小城乡收入差距的有效手段。

We use the sequential data of Gansu province from 1990 to 2016 to characterize the dynamic relation between industrial structure Gansu and urban-rural income gap,using ADF test,cointegration test and error correction model estimation method.The results show that the change of industrial structure in Gansu province has robust positive effects on narrowing urban-rural income gap,and this effect is bigger than that caused by employment structure.Therefore,it is effective to reduce the urban-rural income gap by optimizing the industrial structure,introducing advanced technology and talents,increasing the investment of education and public products,developing industry and balancing the second with tertiary industry.
