摘要
对同一供水工程,要满足其流量、扬程等参数需要,往往有多种泵型可供选择,而不同泵型会直接影响泵房布置、起吊设备、工程投资和运行管理等。因此,在所有满足要求的泵型中,如何选择最合适的水泵,成为一个重要问题。以陕西省某大型输配水工程为例,通过研究水泵比转数的基本理论及泵型分类,对大流量、中高扬程泵站水泵选型过程进行探讨,依次对水泵台数确定、叶轮级数选择、水泵型式比选等问题进行研究,最终选出最适合该泵站的水泵,同时总结出一整套水泵选型的流程和方法,为类似工程提供了借鉴与参考。
For the same water-supply project,if it is required to meet its flow,head and other parameters,there are often a variety of pump types to choose,and different pump types will directly affect the pump room layout,lifting equipment,project investment and operation management.Therefore,it is an important issue to choose the most suitable pump for all the pumps that meet the requirements.Taking a large-scale transmission and distribution project in Shaanxi Province as an example,through studying on the basic theory of pump specific speed and the classification of pump types,we discussed the pump selection process for high-flow,medium-high lift pump stations.The number of pump units and the number of impeller stages are determined in turn.Selection,pump selection and other issues were studied.Finally,the most suitable pump for the pump station was selected.At the same time,a set of procedures and methods for pump selection were summarized,which provided reference for similar projects.
