建立手术室医院感染管理质量评价指标体系的方法探析

Exploration and analysis on the method of evaluation index system on hospital infection management quality in the operating room

目的建立起科学合理的手术室医院感染管理质量评价指标体系,为手术室医院感染管理质量提升提供重要的依据。方法构建手术室医院感染管理质量评价指标体系的理论基础建立在Donabedian的"结构-过程-结果"三维质量评价模式,采取小组访谈以及文献研究、德尔菲专家咨询等方式,对手术室医院感染管理质量评价指标体系初步形成框架结构,并且依照德尔菲专家咨询法,以展开两轮专家咨询的方案,明确指标和各权重分值,最终形成具备科学合理的、实用性较强的、规范客观的手术室医院感染管理质量评价指标体系应用于实践。结果制定出手术室医院感染管理质量评价指标体系一共包含有三级指标,分别是一级指标、二级指标、三级指标,各个指标包含的项目分别是3项、9项、30项。而且通过进行统计显示,专家咨询具有较高的可信度以及代表性。结论将科学的手术室医院感染管理质量评价指标体系应用于实践工作中,可以对评价手术室医院感染管理质量获得到更加有效的依据,推动管理质量的提升,而且具备一定的科学性及实用性,值得推广应用。

Objective To provided an important basis for the quality of hospital infection management in the operating room,a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system on the hospital infection management quality was established.Methods The theoretical of the establishment of the hospital infection management quality evaluation index system was based on the Donabedian's"structure-process-result"three-dimensional quality evaluation model,and by means of group interviews,document researches,Delphi expert consultation,and etc.,the framework of the hospital infection management quality system was initially formed.Two rounds of expert consultation programs were carried out under the Delphi expert consultation method,to clarify and confirm indicators and weight points of the system,after which the hospital infection management quality system of science and reasonableness,of strong feasibility,objectiveness and standardization was born and applied to practice.Results The hospital infection management quality evaluation system had a total of three indicators,namely,the first level indicator,the second level indicator and the third level indicator,which covered a 3-item,9-item,and 30-item of each indicator.Additionally,according to statistics,expert consultation had a high credibility and representativeness.Conclusion The application of the scientific hospital infection management quality evaluation index system on reality could provide more efficient evidence for evaluating the hospital infection management quality,greatly improve the management quality with scientific basis and feasibility.
