基于NIHSS评分的分组护理在重型颅脑损伤术后患者中的应用

Application of group nursing based on NIHSS score in patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的探讨基于美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的分组护理在重型颅脑损伤术后患者中的应用价值及对其日常生活能力和满意度的影响。方法选取2014年3月至2016年8月我院收治的重型颅脑损伤患者86例,随机将其等分成观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施基于NIHSS评分的分组护理。比较两组患者NIHSS评分、日常生活能力、并发症发生率、生存质量及其对护理工作的满意度。结果干预后两组NIHSS评分均较干预前低(P<0.05),Barthel指数评分较干预前高(P<0.05),且观察组NIHSS评分较对照组低(P<0.05),Barthel指数评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);干预后两组健康调查简表(SF-36)各维度评分均较干预前高(P<0.05),且观察组均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论重型颅脑损伤手术治疗患者实施基于NIHSS评分的分组护理,可明显改善患者神经功能,提高患者日常生活能力与生存质量,有效降低并发症发生率,提升患者对护理工作满意度。

Objective To explored the application value of group nursing based on National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score in patients with severe craniocerebral injury and its influence on daily lifeability and satisfaction.Methods To compared the status of NIHSS scores,daily lifeability,complication rate,quality of life,and satisfaction with nursing work,86 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to August 2016 were observed,and randomly divided into study group and control group with equal numbers.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received group nursing treatment based on NIHSS score.Results After the intervention,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),while the Barthel index score was higher than that before the intervention(P<0.05).And the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),with the Barthel index score higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complication of in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health survey summary(SF-36)of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),particularly the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).And satisfaction with the nursing of the study group was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of group nursing treatment based on NIHSS score in patients with sever crainocerebral injury could greatly improve patients'neurological function,daily life ability,life quality,satisfaction with nursing work,and reduce the incidence of complications.
