新生儿床旁护理对产妇情绪状态和新生儿护理技能的影响

Influence of neonate bedside nursing on emotional state of parturient and nursing skills of newborn

目的探讨新生儿床旁护理对产妇情绪状态和新生儿护理知识、技能掌握的影响效果。方法选取2016年8月至2017年11月我院分娩的产妇114例作为研究对象,随机将其等分成试验组与对照组,对照组给予新生儿常规护理,各种治疗集中进行,如新生儿治疗、护理、育儿技能、知识宣教及指导。试验组将各种治疗、护理在病房不离开产妇视线下进行,如新生儿治疗、护理、育儿技能、知识宣教及指导。比较观察产妇情绪状态、对新生儿护理技能掌握情况。结果试验组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较对照组低(P<0.05),试验组其他各项评分也较对照组低(P<0.05);试验组产妇对各项护理技能掌握评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);试验组新生儿患病率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对产妇实施新生儿床旁护理,可明显改善产妇情绪状态,有效提高产妇护理技能水平,提高了产妇对护理工作的满意度,并使新生儿疾病发生率明显降低。

Objective To explore the effect of neonate bedside nursing on maternal emotional state and neonatal nursing knowledge and skills.Methods To compared and observed the emotional state of parturient and grasp of nursing skills of newborns,114 cases of parturient gave birth in our hospital from August 2016 to November 2017 were studied,and randomly divided into the study group and control group with equal number.The control group was given the routine nursing with all kinds of treatment running at the same time such as neonatal treatment,nursing,parenting skills,knowledge spread,impartment and guidance.While the study group took all the treatments and nursing as given to the control group within as far as the parturient'eyes could reach.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the study group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of other parameters of the study group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while its scores of all the nursing skills of the parturient were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction of the study group were also higher than that of the control(P<0.05),and with a lower neonatal morbidity against the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of neonate bedside nursing could greatly improve the emotional state of parturient,the level of maternal nursing skills,maternal satisfaction with nursing work,and reduce the incidence of neonatal diseases.
