摘要
目的探讨临床路径式带教法联合PBL教学法在手术室实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1—12月我院手术室实习护生84名,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施传统带教法,观察组采取临床路径式带教法联合PBL教学法。比较两组护生考核成绩、综合能力、对带教老师的评价及对教学方法的满意度。结果观察组理论知识、操作知识、病例分析等考核成绩均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组综合能力量表各项评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护生对带教老师的评价及对教学方法的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室实习带教中实施临床路径式带教法联合PBL教学法,可提高带教质量,明显增强护生综合技能,有效改善其对教学工作的满意度。
Objective To explored the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method combined with PBL teaching method in practice teaching in operating room.Methods To compared the performance of students,comprehensive ability,evaluation of the teacher and the satisfaction of the teaching methods,84 intern students from the operating room of our hospital from January to December in 2017 were observed,and randomly divided into study group and control group with equal number.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the study group adopted clinical pathway teaching method combined with the PBL mode.Results The results of the theoretical knowledge,operational knowledge,and case analysis ability of the study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The respective scores of the comprehensive ability scale of the study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Evaluation of the teachers and satisfaction with the teaching methods of the study group were generally higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the clinical pathway teaching method combined with the PBL method in the practice teaching in operating room proved to be able to improve the quality of the teaching outcome,and could greatly enhance nursing students'comprehensive ability and its satisfaction towards the teaching.
